CloudSync IT was founded in 2024 by two technologists who'd seen too many Melbourne businesses underserved by impersonal, jargon-heavy IT providers. We set out to build something better — a local IT partner that treats every business like it's our own.

Why We Started

Built on a simple belief: IT should empower, not frustrate.

After more than a decade working inside enterprise IT environments — leading projects, managing stakeholders, and architecting infrastructure — Darshan and Rutvik kept seeing the same pattern: small and mid-sized Melbourne businesses paying for IT support, but rarely getting the strategic guidance they actually needed.

So in 2024, they joined forces and launched CloudSync IT with one promise: plain-English communication, proactive thinking, and the kind of personal attention only a founder-led business can offer.

Today, more than 15 businesses across Melbourne trust us with their technology — from healthcare clinics and logistics firms to retail groups and accounting practices. And we're just getting started.
